SYNOPSIS

It’s during the Korean War, but a remote village called Seokjeongni is just peaceful. While all villagers are preoccupied with Seol-hee (Jung Ryu-won)’s wedding, the troops led by the elite North Korean commander, Kim Jung-woon (Kim Joo Hyuk), invade the village. Instead of resisting the unwelcome guests, the villagers join the town's intricate survival scheme and act obediently. As spending time together, the soldiers and villagers get closer but the troops receive a secret order from above…
